Daniel Roesler
Director
Daniel has a rich experience in developing business processes, advising on change management and best practice solutions, championing service quality and customer experience design in conveyancing and mortgage processing.
Over the years, Daniel gained insight and understanding of the improvements and innovations possible in legal businesses. He worked closely with industry associations and stakeholders to educate and create awareness for digital settlements. He also has developed a project management skill set and gained experience in delivering CX/EX initiatives.
This dedication to the South Australian industry was acknowledged in becoming the 2019 recipient of the PEXA CEO Award, in recognition of industry leadership and stakeholder relationships fostered throughout the digital transformation of property settlements.
Matthew Kelly
Director
Matthew has deep knowledge of the electronic conveyancing process, and their impact and benefits having managed hundreds of conveyancers in their day to day use of PEXA to conduct property settlements online.
As a sitting AICSA board member and decades of experience as a conveyancer, Matthew has been liaison with industry association working groups, delivering advanced training and was an SME for PEXA on conveyancing in South Australia. He is universally respected and trusted throughout the industry in South Australia.
Matthew’s respect and admiration from the South Australian conveyancing profession for the support he provided throughout the COVID response was recognised in 2020, by being rewarded with the PEXA Team of the Year award, notable because of the intense and sudden uptake in digital settlements due to the closure of the settlement room and the effect it had on the property industry.
